Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro
Experience the majestic beauty of Kilimanjaro with our expert-guided treks and unforgettable journeys.
Your Perfect Climb to Africa’s Highest Peak Starts Here
Standing tall at 5,895 meters (19,340 feet), Mount Kilimanjaro is the tallest free-standing mountain on Earth—and the best part is, you don’t need technical climbing experience to conquer it!
The journey to the summit is unlike any other, taking you through an incredible range of ecosystems—from lush rainforest at the base to icy alpine landscapes at the top. In just 5 to 9 days, you’ll feel as though you've crossed from the Equator to the Arctic.
Kilimanjaro is the highest peak accessible to beginners and seasoned hikers alike, making it a bucket-list adventure for many. Though the climb doesn’t require ropes or climbing gear, proper acclimatization to the altitude is key to a successful summit.

Machame Route – “Tented Camps”
This is the most popular and scenic route on Kilimanjaro. It offers breathtaking views, a great variety of landscapes, and a good balance of challenge.
Rongai Route – “Tented Camps”
This route approaches the mountain from the dry northern side, making it less crowded and ideal for those who want a quieter, drier trek.
Lemosho Route – “Luxury Camping Experience”
One of the most beautiful and peaceful routes, Lemosho offers a slower pace and excellent acclimatization. It's ideal for travelers who want to enjoy nature, take photos, and experience a more comfortable luxury camping adventure.
The steepest and most direct trail to the summit, Umbwe is for experienced trekkers seeking a serious challenge. It’s physically demanding, with less time for acclimatization — not recommended for beginners.
Umbwe Route – “Toughest Route with Basic Camping”
Marangu Route – “The Only Route with Hut Accommodations”
Known as the "Coca-Cola Route," this is the only trail that uses huts instead of tents. It's a good option for those who prefer solid shelter and more comfort, but it has a lower success rate due to a faster ascent.
Shira Route – “High-Altitude Camping”
A scenic but high-altitude start makes this route suitable for those already used to elevation. It shares much of the same trail as Lemosho after the first day and offers dramatic views and a quiet experience.
Northern Circuit Route – “The Longest & Most Comfortable Route”
This is the longest and most scenic route, circling nearly the entire mountain. It allows plenty of time for acclimatization and has the highest success rate. Ideal for travelers who prefer a relaxed pace, fewer crowds, and a comfortable trekking experience.
